How we did it?
- Designed Monthly Raw Material Efficiency report, which brought in the control over Material purchases and consumption for each Flavor and Package at any given point of time. This way shortages were brought in control.
- Designed Plant Supervisor Report, where each kind of failure, downtime with exact timings are being captured which will calculate Line wise and package wise efficiency. This way it became easy to track Net production in Cases , Filler Downtime percentage and difference between True efficiency and Net efficiency.
- Implemented Production Scheduling where user are given the ease of monitoring their Changeovers and when and where required change the priority of changeover.
