How we did it?
- Designed stage wise PO status which changes automatically if the state of the PO is changed. The system is designed to notify the users for the next required action to process the PO. The different KPI’s helps the user take better decision to process their Pos.
- Designed automated email triggers to notify the users. Constant email reminders help the users to follow up on the PO. The system also reminds the user to acquire all the documents for smooth processing of the PO. Notifications are sent before any penalty charges are incurred.
- Designed a smart system that would help the users prioritize which containers to be cleared at first and incur less penalty charges, also receive better shipments with better shelf life.
- The system is designed to calculate all the penalty charges that the shipment is incurring and notify the users so that the necessary actions can be taken.
